Shut Up and Just Do It - Bayism 101

Yea I said it, "Shut up and Just do it", stop making all of these excuses on why you can't do this and do that, like buying a new car, purchasing a new home etc. Now I would be a total hypocrite if I said that I have never made excuse a day in my life, cause I have had plenty of them. I was taught at a young age that can't is a curse word and you should not add that to your vocabulary just like all profanity. But as I grew older I had to limit my use of that word and also the act of it lol. Even today I have to replay my mom saying that to me  when I was younger over in my mind. When my back is against the wall and I'm faced with a situation I get down and depressed, so I know what your going through and how you feel OK, but what I am saying is nobody can pick you up but yourself, others around you will motivate you, listen to you vent, cry, etc but at the the end of the day you have to get your ass up and "Do It" I remind myself of this daily; that I am, what I say I am and my words and thoughts reflects who I am and what I do.  Our words are very powerful rather we speak them or think them, the moment we say I "Can't" we shut down all possibilities of making progress and even the smallest possibility, taking that 1 small letter "t" out and saying I "Can" is not possible when we say and think that way. All things are possible, if you put your mind to it, have faith, and be apart of it mentally and physically, see yourself coming out of a challenge or situation a  "Winner" at the end. Shut up and act on that challenge today, not when its convenient or more easy for you to accomplish it. The only way to live your dreams is to make them happen now, I read somewhere a long time ago that in order for things to change you have to change.
